General information



The Corporate Directors Conference Asia-Pacifc 2020 (CDC Asia-Pacific 2020) will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, in the center of the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Known by its acronym, KLCC, it overlooks the iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers and is integrated into the world class KLCC Park. This is Malaysia’s premier and award winning facility for meetings, events, and conventions with plenty of space for multiple forms of interaction with its large array of grand halls and meeting rooms.



English is the official language of the conference


Malaysia has an equatorial climate with year round temperatures averaging 31˚C. High humidity can be expected during the wet season between the months of October-April. During this season, it typically rains in the late afternoon.


The Malaysian Ringgit (RM) is the official national currency. The current exchange rate is 1USD to RM 4.20. All major credit cards are accepted.


Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements, should contact the Asia-Pacific CDC 2020 Conference Secretariat.  It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help delegates raise funds and/or obtain a visa and does not imply a commitment on the part off the conference organizers to provide any financial support or scheduling of presentations for any delegates.


The CDC ASIA-PACIFIC 2020 Conference secretariat and organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

No visa is required for U.S.A. citizens visiting Malaysia for social, business or academic purposes (except for employment).

No visa is required for stays of less than one month for nationals of all ASEAN countries except Myanmar nationals. For a stay exceeding one month, a visa will be required, except for Brunei and Singapore nationals.

For nationals of Israel, visas are required and permission must be granted from Ministry Of Home Affairs.

For nationals of Republic of Serbia and Republic of Montenegro, visas are required without permission granted from Ministry Of Home Affairs.

Nationals of countries other than those stated above (with the exception of Israel) are allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa for a visit not exceeding one month.
